Neon Payoff Planner is a small, independent project. The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read everything, and we prioritize corrections that affect the accuracy of the calculator or the guides.

When reporting a calculation issue, it helps to include: the card balances, APRs, promotional settings, monthly budget, and the strategy you selected. You can also attach the CSV export from the results panel. Please do not include full card numbers or other credentials; card nicknames like "Store card" are all we need to reproduce a scenario.

What to contact us about

• Calculator bugs: results that look wrong, CSV export issues, or layout problems on specific devices and browsers.
• Content corrections: an outdated fee rule, an APR convention that no longer matches major issuers, or a typo in a guide.
• Privacy questions: anything about local storage, cookies, or the privacy policy.

Response time

This is a part-time project, so replies usually arrive within a few business days. Correction reports that change published numbers are handled first.

For decisions with significant consequences, a nonprofit credit counseling agency or a licensed professional is the right resource. The guides on this site are educational, and the calculator is a planning aid, not a recommendation engine.
